Alexis is a beautiful, bright, energetic girl who loves companionship. She already knows some basic commands and is eager to please, she's looking for a new forever home where she can run and play and curl up with a good friend at the end of the day.

This wonderful boy survived a horrible fire sometime between 12-06 and 03-07. He was rescued and brought to our sanctuary in dire shape, unable to open his eyes due to the painful burns around his head and face. He was treated in the hospital for six days. His burns are healing beautifully and he is on his way to a full recovery. He's even famous after being featured on the local news! He is gentle, sweet, well mannered and loves to give kisses!

Little Stella and her puppies Clarissa, Hera (adopted!) and Shyla were rescued from a neglect situation. These four beautiful ladies are as sweet as molasses and are being nursed back to health now that they are in the loving arms of ABC. Clarissa is the sweet girl on the left, her sister Shyla is on the right.

This bright and energetic girl loves companionship. Daisy is an active but quiet girl who listens well and loves to play with toys. She will do best in a home without cats.

Doyle was rescued from a neglect situation with a painful skin infection. His neck was rubbed raw and sore by a tight chain. Our extraordinary and intelligent brindle-coated Doyle is a sweet and playful young man who loves to cuddle and play outside. Happy and 100% healthy now, he will add much love and joy to his new home. Doyle enjoys playtime with his friend Katie.

Gorda was rescued near death from neglect. She had horrible mange that devoured all of her fur and her top layer of skin. With intensive care involving a specialist, Gorda is on her way to full recovery. Gorda would do best in an active home where she can play ball and would be fine with another dog of slightly smaller size, she enjoys playtime with her friend Winter. Our little orange girl is incredibly appreciative and sweet, and she loves to give hugs and kisses.

Gretel is very gentle and playful, and an exceptional cuddler. She loves to play games or just curl up on the couch and watch TV. Gretel looks and acts like a big, cuddly teddy bear.

Katie is a playful little girl with lots of love to give. Sadly, she lost her home due to a death in the family. Active and energetic, Katie can be a little reserved at first, but will be all smiles once she gets to know you. Katie enjoys playtime with her friend Doyle.

Luna loves to play ball or go for a run, and would do best in a quiet home with adults familiar with the herding breed instincts. This beautiful blonde girl is as bright and sweet as can be.

Older is better when it comes to this beautiful, brown and gold brindle girl. Molly lost her home due to divorce. She is settled and quiet and a number-one people lover of any and all ages. She would like to be the only dog with one person or a large family, makes no difference to Molly. She is housebroken and non-destructive and loves human companionship!

Oliver was dumped from a car near 32nd Street and Bell Road in Phoenix. He is a very handsome boy, housebroken and affectionate with people he knows. He would make a great companion in an adults-only family. This little sweetie deserves much better than the previous awful treatment he received.

Pluto is a handsome, intelligent, highly active boy. We think he is a Border Collie/Lab mix. He is slightly spoiled here at ABC because he is so darn cute! Pluto can sometimes be shy when meeting new people for the first time, but once he knows you, you'll have a friend for life.
